Home Care Community Liaison and Sales Coordinator
We are currently seeking a proven part-time Community Liaison and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the SYNERGY HomeCare of Northville and Farmington offices, which cover most of Wayne and Oakland counties.
This position is responsible for selling home care services by developing relationships with community referral sources and clients. This is a sales position that requires telephone and face-to-face sales calls with referral sources and direct interaction with clients. Job will focus on sales opportunities, marketing and in-home client assessments. Traveling as needed during sales process and in-home visits.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians’ offices, fiduciaries, etc.
- Complete daily phone calls and face-to-face sales visits with referral sources
- Manage digital marketing efforts and coordinate community marketing events
- Conduct Client In-home Assessment and Quality Assurance visits
- Coordinate and Collaborate with peers, caregivers and clients
- Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in Sales and/or Operations in-home care, healthcare, or related senior services businesses
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with referral sources and clients
- Strong communication skills especially with cold calling, e-mailing and texting
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products
- Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close team environment
- High School graduate or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation includes a base salary and performance bonus/commission component
- Flexible work schedules for around 20 hours per week
