Utilize SYNERGY Caregiver team and software to fill open shifts on nights and weekends. Answer phones and messages for office staff during off hours. Provide solutions to client needs with Caregiver team and cover shifts for added pay when needed.
This position requires a dedicated problem solver with highly professional phone skills and the desire to grow with our company. We provide the tools and support needed to be successful (phones, laptop, iPads) and salaried pay with the ability to earn additional pay when shifts are covered.
The position is structured as 3 weeks on and one week off (with pay) and does require coverage on holidays (with added pay).
