My mom was an assisted living resident at the Coronado Retirement Village for the last two years of her life. With her last release from the hospital, it became evident she needed to enter hospice care. Sharp Hospice provided the skilled nursing necessary for her end of life transition, but we wanted additional care services beyond the normal care provided by either CRV or Sharp Hospice.
Rosa Griffin and Synergy HomeCare of Central San Diego were recommended. Unlike other care providers, Rosa’s team was flexible and didn’t have minimum hours. With several hours in the morning and several in the evening, Mom was provided the additional attention, care and comfort needed in her final days. Marina and Linda were excellent and I highly recommend them!
Dear Rosa, I would like to thank you and your staff for taking such good care of my mother while she was residing at Coronado Retirement Village. When Mom went under hospice care, your staff was so instrumental in helping to keep her comfortable. They were caring, professional and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond the day-to-day physical caregiving. Linda, Marina, Yessie, and Mirna had special talents for conversing with Mom and making her feel as comfortable as possible. Even when it became very difficult for Mom to talk, they were understanding, receptive and responsive to what she would say to them. They were loving, gentle, and very patient with her, and did whatever needed to be done to help her feel at ease. Often, when my sister or I had to leave to get rest or run errands, it was definitely a relief to know that Mom was in caring hands with all the caregivers. They kept us well updated whether the information was good and bad. Your staff has a great relationship with the staff at CRV, which made it easy for us, and them, to get whatever was needed for Mom. They were never hesitant to speak up when they needed assistance.
Thank you and your staff again for being special in so many ways,
