Lead Caregiver/Assistant Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced caregiver with administration skills to support our Valued Caregivers and Clients; and join our growing team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Campbell-Los Gatos.
The purpose of the Lead Caregiver/Assistant Scheduler (LC/AS) role is to ensure consistent quality of care and peace of mind for our clients. The foundation of which is to provide seamless uninterrupted service and an unmatched client care experience.
The LC/AS will assist the Care Manager in filling open client assignments due to caregiver time off, no show/call out, or urgent short notice cases. If LC/AS is not able to assign an appropriate caregiver for an open shift, they will substitute until a new caregiver is assigned. Additionally, the LC/AS will assist in training new caregivers and become familiar with our current clients and their care needs.
The LC/AS will have a regular weekly schedule (TBD) that will be adjusted as needed to meet the demand and accommodate assignment substitutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Must have 3+ years caregiving experience in the following areas:

State HCA Registration required (we will reimburse state fees)
