Life Time Learning is designed with you in mind. Materials are always easy to use and 100%
online which means you choose only courses you want to take, when and where you
want to take them, and at the pace that’s comfortable to you. You’ll find a full range of topics from
healthy nutrition, to safety, to managing Alzheimer’s Disease and every course
is completely free to you as a Synergy HomeCare client or family member. Take as many or as few in-home learning
courses as you like.

Synergy HomeCare is proud to offer more specialized Life
Time Learning resources to health care and senior care providers through
accredited courses and Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
When you are a Case Manager, Social Worker, or
Administrator working alongside your local Synergy HomeCare office, Life Time
Learning has committed to bringing you courses nationally approved for Registered
Nurses (RNs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Marriage and Family
Therapists (MFTs), nursing home administrators and assisted living
administrators. Life Time Learning can assist you with courses for the license renewal hours (typically CEUs) you may need at the same
time as giving you quality information you can actually use.
By partnering with nationally recognized education
specialists, Life Time Learning offers a full range of courses through an
easy-to-use online format, also known as e-learning. Life Time Learning may
also help underwrite the cost of your courses.
Learners can contact their Synergy HomeCare representative and then
simply register and access their courses day or night, wherever they have
internet access. When learners have completed a course, they can immediately
print out a certificate from the website, no mailings and no delays.
All courses are accredited by the National
Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB). Courses are also approved for Kansas Adult
Care Home Administrators (KDHE),
Michigan Administrators, California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) and Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Administrators, plus the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) CEU program
